By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you may not use the Services.
Subject to these Terms, we hereby grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited right and license to use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial use. The rights granted to you depend on your compliance with these Terms. The Services and their contents are licensed, not sold. The Services may allow you to create an account or register. You may use a password or other login credentials (“Login Credentials”) to access the account.

We reserve the right to delete your Login Credentials if you have not connected to your account for 180 days or longer. In that case, you may no longer be able to access or use purchased virtual items, and no refunds will be issued.
Our Services may allow you to post, link, store, share, or otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). We assume no liability or responsibility for user behavior or for monitoring user content or inappropriate conduct within the Services.
We do not monitor user content. Therefore, you assume all risks associated with using such content, including, but not limited to, potential exposure to offensive or inappropriate material.
Although we are not obligated to do so, we reserve the right to use technologies to monitor and/or record your interactions with the Services or your communications (including, but not limited to, chat or voice communication) while using the Services. You irrevocably consent to this monitoring and recording. Accordingly, you acknowledge that you have no expectation of privacy regarding the transmission of content within the Services.
If we determine that users pose a risk or potential legal liability, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate access and take technical or legal measures to prevent users from accessing the Services.
We reserve the right to discontinue providing or supporting the Services at any time. In such a case, your license to use the Services automatically terminates (see also “Suspension and Termination for Non-Compliance”). Unless required by law, there is no right to a refund for virtual or other items related to discontinued Services.
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third parties.
You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any content, goods, or services available on or through such third-party websites or services.
